The Unicycle Man
This project aimed to recreate the distinct look of PS2-era games, focusing on low-poly characters with high personality. We designed the Unicycle Man and developed a full set of unique weapons, taking each asset from high-poly sculpt to textured, game-ready models.
The challenge was balancing stylization with technical limits — keeping the charm of early 3D aesthetics while maintaining clean topology and optimized textures for real-time use.
The result is a nostalgic yet polished piece that captures the spirit of classic console games through a modern production pipeline.
